Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her university education. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. It is common to warm up prior to the exercise. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, and another heavy weight day.
